Shipping is via UPS’s standard parcel service and takes 7 to 10 days. Shipping charges are $9.98 for the first book plus $4.99 for each additional book up to a maximum of $34.95.
UPS does not have facilities in some locations. In those areas shipping is via Canada Post's expedited parcel service which issues a tracking number and can take up to 14 days. Your package will also contain a return shipping label when you receive it. We cannot issue duplicate Canada Post shipping labels so it is important to place it in a safe location. When you are ready to return your textbooks, please follow the procedures set out as though you had received your package via UPS.
The "tracking number" identifies a package which is in transit. UPS® and Canada Post offer a tracking service on their respective websites which allows a customer to see the progress as a shipment moves from pick up to final delivery. An estimated delivery date is often displayed as well.
Your shipping information can be changed as you are going through the checkout process. Please follow the prompts.
If you have already completed an order on Big Mama and need to change the shipping address, please Contact Us here and we will do the best we can to try to correct the address before the shipment is sent.
If an order is already in process a shipping address change may not be possible. You may need to place a new order and receive a refund when the books are returned by UPS® as undeliverable. Please contact Big Mama Customer Service to resolve a problem as quickly as possible.
We ship to Canadian addresses only. We do not deliver to International addresses.
